   SHRINK BAGS & BONE-IN BAGS
 
Vacushrink Advantages:

Construction Materials:
  • Thicknesses of 45 - 100μm
  • EVOH barrier
  • PET outer layer for shine
  • PE or PP seal layer
  • PA layers for excellent puncture resistance

Finishing:
  • Available as round bottom seal (code BNR); straight bottom seal (code BNG); or side seal (code SN)
  • Supplied as Perforated on a roll; loose-fill; continuous on a roll.
  • Print with up to ten colours using flexo printing


Environmental Protection & Sustainability:
  • EVOH barrier (no PVdC also Chlorine-free)
  • Up to 20% reduced materials with simultaneously optimized properties
  • More bags per box - reduced transport inputs (also saves storage space)

Application:
  • Fresh meats, both with and without bones; beef; pork; veal; venison; mutton; lamb; chicken and seafood

VACUSHRINK SHRINK BAGS
  • FM45 is particularly well suited for the packaging of fresh meat in pieces without bones
  • BM70 is suited for meat products with bones requiring high puncture resistance
  • BM85 is for meat products with sharp or sharp-edged bones requiring extremely high puncture resistance

  • BG95 and BM105 are premium bone protection products for meat cuts requiring exceptionally high puncture resistance
